The company is engaged in establishment of micro and small businesses ensuring turn-key
plants based on smart and energy saving technologies for agricultural and service sectors
including mechanisms of ecologically clean production, high standards of Sanitary and Hygienic,
energy saving, multi functionality, etc.
Cooperation proposal
Efficient business environment is very crucial for the Company because it creates growing
demand for Companies products and services. That’s why the Company in its turn tries to initiate
processes for introduction of micro-economic models in regions. This includes, various systems
of value-chains starting from production and processing of agricultural products and ending with
realization of those products through a realization net (mini-shops, cafes, etc) using different
schemes of cooperation. Innovation, integration and trust are the key factors that Company
always tries to put in its business logics and operations. Special accents are done to meet
appropriate requirements of European standards and ensure efficiency of suggested
businesses, including (i) mechanisms of ecologically clean production, (ii) high standards of
Sanitary and Hygienic, (iii) energy saving, (iv) multi functionality, etc. The Company has 2 own
districts for production of elements for turn-key businesses. Industrial base of company is
located at Abovyan city, where lightweight constructions are produced. Another base is located
at Hrazdan city, which serves as an engineering technology center. Possibilities of these 2
production bases probably were sufficient up to now but we already feel necessity of enlarging
volumes and also insuring higher quality and effectiveness of our production. Our estimates
show that there is a growing market for turn-key businesses not only inArmenia , but also in
neighboring countries (such asGeorgia and Russia
countries). We are partnering with some companies in the stated countries and they are
interested in realization of Company’s products in their countries. As to our estimates the annual
demand for turnkey businesses only inArmenia
capacity can only support a small pie of this market demand, not speaking yet about possible
markets in other countries. At the moment, company’s production capacity is 2 million USD per
year. We believe that our Company is ready to enter into these growing and perspective markets

Currently it is crucial for the Company the development of business culture and creation of the
relevant business environment in Armenia using European experience which will lead the
harmonic development of business environment in regions and optimal distribution of
