Along with national opening and developing of North Bay, Fangchenggang City which is part of “ASEAN” 10+1 and “PPRD” 9+2 has already been a joint of Chinese great southwest access to the sea. The project site locates at great southeast (Fangchenggang) Near Harbor Industry Park whereas Guangxi emphasizing developments of near harbor industries.

項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容：該項(xiàng)目主要生產(chǎn)各種商用船舶、海洋油氣移動(dòng)鉆井平臺(tái)（船舶）、主流浮式生產(chǎn)系流、集裝箱機(jī)械、7000噸以上大型起重機(jī)，7000噸以上全回轉(zhuǎn)大型浮吊以及鋪管船、挖泥船、各種工程輔助船、動(dòng)力定位裝置、巨型錨絞機(jī)等產(chǎn)品。

Content of Project: this project mainly manufactures all kinds of commercial ships, offshore oil & gas drilling platforms (ships), main floating production systems, container machines, heavy lifts over 7,000 tons, full circle swinging heavy barge cranes and pipe laying vessels over 7,000 tons, dredgers, all kinds of engineering auxiliary boats, dynamic positioning devices and heavy windlasses etc.

投資規(guī)模：規(guī)劃于大西南臨港工業(yè)區(qū)內(nèi)，占地2000畝，總投資50億元。

Scale of Investment: about 50 billion RMB is going to be invested and located at Near Harbor Industry Park of great southwest with 1.34 square kilometers land occupation.

建設(shè)條件：①據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，世界海底石油總蘊(yùn)藏量有1440億—2000億噸，2009年—2013年將有109個(gè)海上油氣項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)，全球海洋油氣投資額約1890億美元，浮式生產(chǎn)平臺(tái)約900億美元。訂單數(shù)量約為150座，其中四種主要鉆采平臺(tái)的投資額約300億美元。

Qualification of Construction: according to statistics, there is 1,440 to 2,000 billion tons of submarine oil; between year 2009- year 2013, there will be 109 projects of offshore oil and gas developing with over 1,890 billion USD investments of global submarine oil and gas. Requirement order of floating production platforms will be reach 150 sets around 900 billion USD in which four main drilling platforms investments will be 300 billion USD.

②大西南臨港工業(yè)園已配套供水、供電、燃?xì)狻⒐�交、郵電、環(huán)衛(wèi)、消防等；項(xiàng)目緊鄰企沙一級(jí)路和汽車總站、離欽防高速3公里；距離港口區(qū)火車站僅12公里；距離南寧機(jī)場(chǎng)、北海機(jī)場(chǎng)一個(gè)半小時(shí)車程；距離防城港海關(guān)15公里；項(xiàng)目所在地有25家海運(yùn)公司，海運(yùn)船舶189艘，總運(yùn)力45萬(wàn)噸。

Facilities such as water, power, gas supply, public traffic, post office, sanitation and fire control have already been built. The location of project is adjacent to Qisha main road and bus station and only 3 kilometers away from Liqinfang Expressway. It is 12 kilometers from harbor railway station, one and a half hour ride to Nanning Airport and North Sea Airport. The distance between project and Fangchenggang Custom is 15 kilometers. In the industry park, there are over 25 sea transport companies owning 189 ships and over 450,000 tons transport capability.
